Early Intervention Training
Kyzylorda | February 16–20, 2026
Early intervention training supported by UNICEF. Speakers included representatives from EURLYAID (USA, Netherlands, Portugal).
The discussion focused on supporting children with special needs and their families. The main principle is the family at the center: they define the goals of the work, while specialists listen, help, and guide. A special emphasis is placed on transdisciplinarity: collaborative work between specialists from healthcare, education, and social services.
A very warm and valuable project 💙

Training on the Inclusive Education Model in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Pavlodar | May 23 – June 1, 2024
A 72-hour intensive training program focused on implementing a modern inclusive education model at all levels—from preschool to higher education.
The program's ultimate goal is to help participants understand the key principles of the inclusive education model and learn to apply them in practice for all individuals with special educational needs (SEN).
The training took place in several cities across Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, Pavlodar, Turkestan, and Aktobe).
For nine days, I worked alone, without a partner, eight hours a day, combining simultaneous and consecutive interpreting. For me, it was an experience that required high concentration, endurance, and precision.
I was once again convinced that I love working with teachers—for their engagement, respect, and sincerity.
